FinTech Business Idea Competition
To celebrate its 4th founding anniversary, Bithumb held a contest to provide the opportunity for talented youth dreaming of founding their own FinTech startups to unleash their potential. Amongst the 200 teams that applied, 9 teams were chosen in the idea field, and 2 teams chosen for the startup field. Bithumb Korea will continue its contributions for job creation by uncovering youth entrepreneurs with original ideas and supporting startups.
Sponsorship of CryptoFactor, the combined collegiate virtual asset research club
Bithumb Korea supports college students' virtual asset research activities, providing information and opportunities to gain experience, and works to cultivate talented individuals to promote the blockchain industry by supporting the national combined collegiate club.
Sponsorship of the Collegiate Leadership Academy
We participated as the official sponsor in the '10th Collegiate Leadership Academy' hosted by 'Youth and the Future', an aggregate corporation under the jurisdiction of the National Assembly Secretariat, providing a place where college students and celebrities could communicate. The academy was held for 500 college students from around the nation with 'Discussions on Korea in 2018' as its topic. Bithumb received an appreciation plaque for its collaboration in seeking and supporting counterproposals for youth-related policies.
